Please allow up to 2 working days for production and despatch of all gift-wrapped and non-gift-wrapped orders, and up to 3 working days for mugs and greeting cards. You will receive shipping confirmation by email.

Once the order has left us, Royal Mail aims to deliver within 1-2 days but please allow up to 7 days (Monday to Saturday) for delivery as there may be unforeseen delays. Royal Mail usually do not deliver on bank public or local holidays. Deliveries are scheduled to be completed by 3pm for addresses in urban areas and by 4pm for addresses in rural areas. Royal Mail states that changes to mail volumes, transport disruptions and operating issues mean that sometimes your delivery may be later in the day. Please check service updates to see if there are known issues in your area. You can view their service updates here.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We hope you or your recipient loves our gifts & gift boxes, but if not, we're happy to offer refunds and exchanges.
FREE RETURNS
Please notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing: customersupport@thebreakupessentials.com and return your order within 28 days to: The Breakup Essentials Ltd, 46 Deneside Crescent, Hazel Grove, Stockport, SK7 4NU.
Please only ship your return once you have notified us first.
What to include in the email:
The full name of the person who made the order, order number, reason for returning, whether you would like a full or partial refund or an exchange, if the gifts / gift box / products inside arrived faulty or damaged please include photos.
The gifts / gift box / products inside must be in a resalable condition (unless they arrived damaged).
Once we have recieved your email, we will email you back with a Royal Mail QR Code which you can take to your nearest post office. We will notify you once we have recieved your return and begin processing your refund, this can take up to 7 days to return back into your account.
We are unable to offer refunds and exchanges on personalised / custom products.
*We recommend sending the parcel tracked and keeping your proof of postage safe, as we can not be held responsible for returns not getting back to us.
Amendments
If you would like to amend your order, please email customersupport@thebreakupessentials.com within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll be able to accommodate the changes. If it's been more than 1 hour, please still email us. We can't guarantee that your order hasn't already been shipped, but we'll do our best to help! Please note: amending your order may delay delivery.
