Up to 2 working days for production and dispatch of all gift-wrapped and non-gift-wrapped orders.

Once the order has left us, Royal Mail aims to deliver within 1-2 days but please allow up to 7 days (Monday to Saturday) for delivery as there may be unforeseen delays. Royal Mail usually do not deliver on bank public or local holidays. Deliveries are scheduled to be completed by 3pm for addresses in urban areas and by 4pm for addresses in rural areas. Royal Mail states that changes to mail volumes, transport disruptions and operating issues mean that sometimes your delivery may be later in the day. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We hope you or your recipient loves our products and gift boxes, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer refunds and exchanges.
To start a return, please email customersupport@thebreakupessentials.com within 14 days of delivery. Once we’ve confirmed your request, you’ll need to return your order within 28 days to:

Please do not send your return until we have confirmed your request. In your email, include the full name of the person who placed the order, the order number, and the reason for returning. Let us know if you’d like a full refund, partial refund, or exchange. If your item arrived faulty or damaged, please attach photos so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
All returned items must be in resalable condition unless they arrived damaged. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on personalised or custom-made products.
Once we receive your return request, we will email you a Royal Mail QR Code, which you can take to your nearest Post Office. You will receive a notification once your return has arrived back with us, and refunds will be processed within 7 days back to your original payment method.
We recommend using tracked shipping and keeping your proof of postage safe, as we cannot be responsible for returns that do not reach us.

Need to make a change? Email customersupport@thebreakupessentials.com within 1 hour of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
If more than 1 hour has passed, please still reach out—we’ll try to help, but we can’t guarantee your order hasn’t already been shipped.
