Can I personalise products?

You can add a personalised message to any greeting card! (Excluding greeting card bundle). We'll be offering more personalised products very soon!

Will there be new products to choose from?

100%! We are always on the hunt for new products and will be updating them regularly. Make sure you follow us on Instagram and sign up to our mailing list so you don't miss new product announcements. You can also let us know if there's any products you'd like to see☺️.

Can I make special requests?

Of course! Please email: customersupport@thebreakupessentials.com for any special requests, or add them in the order notes on the basket page before you place your order. We will always do our best to accommodate.

How do you source your products? 

All products are sourced by us. We only source high-quality products and always ensure that they are either made in the UK or that the supplier / distributor is UK-based. We make it a priority to support small UK businesses too!

How can I find out more information about each product?

You can click into each product on our website where there will be product information and instructions that have been obtained directly from the manufacturer / supplier. We want to be transparent so will always include the name of the manufacturer for you to research the product as you wish.

Can I get a refund?

Yep, and they're free! You can read our full Returns, Refunds & Exchange policy here.
Refunds & Returns
We are happy to offer refunds & exchanges. Please notify us within 14 days of you or the recipient receiving the order by emailing: customersupport@thebreakupessentials.com. Products must be returned within 28 days.
What to include in the email:
  • The full name of the person who made the order
  • Order number
  • Reason for returning
  • Whether you would like a full or partial refund, or an exchange
  • If products arrived faulty or damaged - please include photos

Can I add delivery instructions?

Yes, you can add delivery instructions e.g. a safeplace such as leave with neighbour or leave in back garden, on the basket page before placing your order, alternatively you can email email: customersupport@thebreakupessentials.com within 1 hour of placing your order. After this timeframe, we will not be able to add delivery instructions.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, right now we only ship to mainland UK.

My products arrived damaged or faulty, what should I do? 

In the unfortunate event this happens, please email: customersupport@thebreakupessentials.com with photos and your order number, within 14 days of delivery. We will ask whether you would like a replacement, partial refund or full refund. You can find more information about our refund, returns & exchange policy here.

Will a receipt, prices or delivery note be included in gift boxes?

We will include a gift packing slip just so you know everything is there, but we will never include prices!
